Chris has more than 30 years of executive level experience in software development, working with various levels of start-ups. At Stratice Healthcare, Chris served as the Chief Technology Officer. In addition, Chris has served as an executive for a variety of companies including Fortune 500 companies such as Experian, Fidelity National, and Angie’s List, where he served as a Senior Director.
For the last several years, Chris has focused on guiding teams through Agile transformations and processes within various industries. His passion lies in helping businesses and organizations solve problems effectively and efficiently using Agile principles and frameworks.
Chris graduated from Ball State University with a B.S. in Computer Science and received his MBA from the University of Indianapolis.
He is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM III), Professional Product Owner (PSPO) and a Certified Management 3.0 Trainer, in addition to being a current candidate for the Professional Scrum Trainer designation.

Mike is a proven leader with diverse experience in a variety of organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies. Mike’s experience includes product development, executive training, strategic planning, software development, project management, HR, and business areas outside of IT.
As an expert in business agility and Lean, Mike has been implementing Lean and Agile practices for 25 years and coaching organizations for over 10 years. Prior to ramping up Cardinal6, Mike was the Product Director for Lean and Agile at Korn Ferry (fka Strategy Execution).
Mike’s latest passion is helping organizations improve their system-wide performance by coaching and mentoring Lean and Agile organizational adoptions.
Mike graduated from the University of Akron with a B.S. in Economics. Mike is also a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Product Owner (CSPO), SPC 3.0.
