We are researching the behaviors and motivators of people in particular roles in Agile environments and on Scrum teams. To do this, we are utilizing the DISC profile assessment via TTI Talent Insights® (learn more here) to collect data on a wide range of people and roles. TTI Talent Insights® examines the behaviors individuals bring to the job and the forces that drive them.
By participating in this survey, you will receive the following:
