Over the last year, I have given a lot of time considering how individuals and organizations embrace change. I even took it to the extent of developing a one-day workshop on what change is, why it happens, and how to deal with change. As part of that process, I have become passionate about the idea that change is one of three constants in our lives. Starting in November, I have been struggling with how to share what I have learned so far.
One day, I was talking to Jeff Ton, and he made the suggestion that a podcast might be a good vehicle to share. It took a while to get Death, Taxes, and Change up and running, but we finally did it. Thanks Jeff.
What Is the Death, Taxes, And Change Podcast?
We’re going to focus on talking to leaders in the technology space about how they navigate change. We’ll hear about their unique paths to get to where they are today, their failures, their successes, and everything in between. We’ll talk about how you can best empower your teams to embrace change. Instead of fearing it. We’re going to have honest conversations that will bring you fresh perspectives, ideas, and most importantly, the mindset, knowing that navigating change is not a step, but rather an ongoing process that’s vital to your professional and personal growth. We want to empower you to be able to have more control over your destiny.
At the end of the day, great people build great organizations, and that begins with you.
It’s a twice-monthly show in a tight interview format with some individual tirades sprinkled in. The show will be hosted by Chris Daily. It’s Chris’s first attempt at podcasting, so take it easy on him.
