What to Expect:
During this four-week course, participants will experience theory and practice in small chunks, reflect on inspiring stories, work through interactive games and exercises and focused group discussions. We will review the various critical aspects of the remote team leadership:
- How to successfully build a virtual workplace strategy
- Strategies for managing telework
- Building virtual teams: where to start and how to foster their continued success
- Making technology your best friend to connect, convey, and inspire
- Leading virtual meetings – the do’s and don’ts of bringing your remote team together
- Overcoming cultural barriers
- Managing accountability, goals, and metrics for success for remote employees
The goal of the course is to inspire leaders and provide them with tools, perspectives, and action steps to improve their teams and organization right away.

Chris has accumulated more than 30 years of executive-level experience in software development. He’s directly influenced various levels of start-ups such as Stratice Healthcare, where he served as the Chief Technology Officer, in addition to numerous Fortune 500 companies such as Experian, Fidelity National, and Angie’s List, where he last served as a Senior Director.
He’s most recently dedicated his focus to guiding teams through Agile transformations and processes in a variety of industries. Since 2011, he’s passionately empowered businesses and organizations to solve problems effectively and efficiently using Agile principles and frameworks. As a current candidate for the Professional Scrum Trainer designation, he holds the following certifications:

Professional Product Owner (PSPO)
Certified Management 3.0 Facilitator

This workshop requires a committed attendance of at least six people to be officially confirmed. If this minimum number has not been reached within 10 days of the workshop, the course is subject to cancellation. How do I buy tickets for this multi-day training?
Simply buy your ticket for the first session, and we’ll know that you’re committed to all four dates.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
This event is remote – find some WiFi and hunker down in your favorite spot to focus. We’ll provide you with login credentials to access each session within your confirmation email.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Nope! We’re doing this remotely.
Can I update my registration information?
Yes. All changes must be made up to 24 hours before the event.
Is my registration fee or ticket refundable/transferrable?
Yes to both: your registration fee is refundable up to 7 days before the event, while your general admission ticket is transferable up to 4 days before the event. To transfer your seat to another individual, contact Chris Daily, Managing Director of beLithe, directly at cdaily@belithe.com.
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn’t match the person who attends?
