beLithe’s Scrum Product Owner Training is a 2-day course that provides the foundational knowledge needed to work with Scrum teams and the Scrum framework in a practical way. This course is a combination of instruction complimented by individual and team-based exercises.
Over an intensive 2 days, students will see why the beLithe’s Scrum Product Owner training is the cutting-edge course for effective Product Owners and for anyone interacting with a software development team toward increased efficiency and effectiveness.
Using the Scrum principles as a foundation, students are challenged throughout the course to not only become familiar with the process, but to better understand what to do and why it is important. Using techniques from “Training from the Back of the Room”, this course is interactive and experiential. Working individually and as a team, students will participate in discussions and exercises, and work on real-life cases.
The course covers all the topics that are the basis of Scrum.org’s Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I), and Professional Scrum Product Owner II (PSPO II) certification assessments.
