Scrum Master Training by beLithe is a 2-day course that covers the principles and (empirical) process theory defined in the Scrum Guide, that are the underpinnings of the Scrum framework, and the role of the Scrum Master in it. This course is a combination of instruction complimented by individual and team-based exercises.  This course is a great way to prepare for taking Scrum.org’s Professional Scrum Master certification test.
Over an intensive 2 days, students will see why the beLithe Scrum Master Training is the cutting-edge course for effective Scrum Masters and for anyone coaching a software development team toward increased efficiency and effectiveness.
Using the Scrum principles as a foundation, students are challenged throughout the course to not only become familiar with the process, but to better understand what to do and why it is important. Using techniques from “Training from the Back of the Room”, this course is interactive and experiential. Working individually and as a team, students will participate in discussions and exercises, and work on real-life cases.
