A bit about this webinar…
Does it seem like Agile is all the rage today? We’ve been witness to companies as they experience success by leveraging agile mindsets and techniques, yet some businesses continue to struggle in seeing value and improvement from adopting agile methods. At its worst, there are those who struggle to just get agile methods started at all.
These blockers aren’t uncommon – and there are some very specific reasons why.
In this next iteration of The #Slinkythink Sessions, Michael Jebber of Cardinal 6 will join us to share his views on the most common challenges businesses face when trying to start, leverage, and/or successfully produce value-wielding agile methods. Most importantly, we’ll discuss a few tips on how to overcome these said challenges. Ultimately, you’ll leave with a better understanding of how to define what holds teams back from realizing the full potential of Agile adoption, and what to do about it to best foster your Agile teams.
