AGILE
We deliver to you impactful insights, perspectives, and strategies you can add to your toolkit to empower your professional and personal journey.
These webinars are free and open to the public. Like multitasking? There’s no such thing, but we get it that life’s busy. That’s ok – we’d still love to have you. This is a view-only webinar. Just grab some headphones, log in, and we’ll take care of the rest. You’ll have the chance to engage with us directly via Zoom chat.
A bit about this webinar…
This is a special session we’ve just added to our typical bi-weekly cadence.
COVID-19 is disrupting our daily lives in a way we’ve never seen before.
Organizations that have never thought about remote work have suddenly found themselves distributed and lacking proximity. Others who have some remote team members are now completely remote across the board.
It’s all so overwhelming: figuring out new ways to host meetings, communicate with one another, all while trying to stay focused in uncertain times.
So how can you and your distributed team gain unity and remain productive? By getting on the same page – and that’s what we’ll be covering during this edition of The #Slinkythink Sessions.
Join us for this free webinar, where we’ll uncover numerous quick and easy strategies for getting everyone on your remote team on the same page. We’ll discuss…
- Remote work – the good, the bad, and the ugly.
- The power of the remote team agreement.
- Feedback and facilitation – how these crucial aspects of promoting teamwork can be fostered remotely.
- Why it’s essential to not assume that technology will solve all of your new problems.
Ultimately, you’ll leave with a better understanding of how to find common ground amongst your distributed team while learning strategies you can use right away to foster your team’s success by keeping your momentum and goals right on track.
