This new Management 3.0 Workshop is designed for Leaders who work with remote teams! Learn about how to give feedback in a remote environment; learn about how to lead remote teams, learn about facilitating remote meetings!
The workshop is designed for the virtual environment. Tools, exercises, and agenda are optimized for an online workshop. We’ll get you out from in front of your monitor. We’ll give you opportunities to break out with other participants to share not only what works from our perspective, but provide opportunities for you to learn from the other attendees!

Attendees of the Fundamentals Plus In-Person Workshop, when combined with this online workshop, will be eligible to become a Management 3.0 Licensed Facilitator. By attending this online workshop, and the new in-person workshop, you will be able to become a facilitator also!

Attending this workshop will not allow you to automatically become a Management 3.0 Facilitator. However, you can become a Facilitator another way: First, you need to earn a Certificate of Practice. Once you have received the Certificate of Practice you can apply to become a Facilitator.
What is Management 3.0?
Management 3.0 is a workshop, a course, a couple of books, and a collection of concrete practices, to inspire managers and team members, who face the challenge of transforming their organizations to an Agile and lean mindset. We achieve this by providing guidance and practices, and by applying new thinking to the craft, art, and science of management and leadership.
Meet Your Instructor:
Chris Daily, Managing Director at beLithe, LLC
Chris has accumulated more than 30 years of executive level experience in software development. He’s directly influenced various levels of start-ups such as Stratice Healthcare, where he served as the Chief Technology Officer, in addition to numerous Fortune 500 companies such as Experian, Fidelity National, and Angie’s List, where he last served as a Senior Director.
He’s most recently dedicated his focus to guiding teams through Agile transformations and processes in a variety of industries. Since 2011, he’s passionately empowered businesses and organizations to solve problems effectively and efficiently using Agile principles and frameworks. As a current candidate for the Professional Scrum Trainer designation, he holds the following certifications:

Can I update my registration information?
Yes. All changes must be made up to 24 hours before the event.
Is my registration fee or ticket refundable/transferrable?
Yes to both: your registration fee is refundable up to 7 days prior to the event, while your general admission ticket is transferable up to 4 days prior to the event. To transfer your seat to another individual, contact Drew Kincius directly at marketing@belithe.com.
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn’t match the person who attends?
