Our core mission at beLithe is to be a part of the Agile journey of our partners by empowering individuals with focused training, coaching, and mentoring.

We’re not anti-certification. We go deeper than certifications by providing workshops, education, and training all focused on focused on continuous improvement and iteration through Agile.

We practice what we preach. We manage our business and engagements incorporating Scrum and Lean processes. Our business operates lean, as though we are one scrum team.

This is where you come in.

We are looking for teammates who are passionate about empowering others through teaching and mentoring. We don’t do job descriptions because, well, we don’t use them. We don’t believe in the idea that fulfilling a predetermined set of requirements will lead to the best individuals joining to our team.

With that being said, ambiguity is scary. Let’s not be completely vague.

We’re searching for an individual who can:

Deliver training, mentoring and coaching for Agile organizations.
Develop programs to deliver value to professionals from any and all industries.
Be flexible and willing to contribute to a startup that is iterative, fast-paced, and growing.
